After years of contributing to renowned AEC firms, Sucheta took the leapโa bold decision to establish her own AEC company. Fuelled by vision and surrounded by a team of talented professionals, she set sail into uncharted waters. Her journey epitomizes courage and innovation.
Suchetaโs journey began at Pune University, where she earned her Bachelorโs degree in Architecture. Her strong leadership quality, profound knowledge in AEC industry and business skills, propels the growth of her venture.
She has predominantly worked on several architectural and structural projects and is serving in several key leadership roles .
Her portfolio boasts an impressive range of projects. With her holistic approach, she led residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, hospitality, recreational and civic projects for all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEPF, Civil).

Santosh, fuelled by dreams of expansion and armed with unwavering commitment and technical prowess, co-founded this business alongside Sucheta. His contributions have been pivotal in shaping the core idea, devising the business plan, and formulating initial strategies.
Santoshโs entry into the business world is marked by an intense passion and unwavering dedication. With a wealth of experience in the construction industry, he brings a unique perspective to the table. Having collaborated with renowned construction companies, Santosh has honed his skills in client relations and project management.
Santosh holds a Bachelorโs degree in Civil Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue management studies at MIT College in Pune, India. This dual expertise equips him to navigate both the technical and strategic aspects of the business.
His impressive track record spans diverse domains. He has successfully contributed to projects in healthcare, education, commercial spaces, and high-rise multifamily residential buildings. His ability to blend technical acumen with a client-centric approach sets him apart.
